My Question or Issue

I changed my plan back to a student account last month when I noticed it charged me 11.29.  I didn’t know every year you have to confirm that your a student to continue with the plan. After confirming that I was a student -it made me log into my school account, i went back on the plan after receiving an email. Today I noticed I was charged 11:29 again even thought I’m suppose to be on the student account and pay 5.64. I’m confused and would appreciate some help
