Can't subscribe to Student option

 Hi, I want to subscribe to the students option for spotify, for that I have already did the verification on SheerId and it has been accepted. And now that I want to subscibe to the students plan for my account that has never been used before if says to me "It looks like you’ve taken a trial before, which means you aren’t eligible for this offer. But you can still get Spotify Premium.". But what I don't understand is why it says that I've already taken a trial while I've never used this account before now ?

So now i don't know what i can do to have this plan, because i only can have the normal plan which is a bit boring...

The spotify for students allows you to get spotify at a discounted rate, you can check the status of your subscription to see if you have successfully subscribed to spotify premium for students. You can follow this article to check your reciepts page to see if your account has previously applied for the trial or find an account that you may have used previously!

Thank you for your answer. I did check the reciepts page and there was nothing, because I never used this account before as I told earlier. But I have also find that the problem was from the payment option that was not correct. In fact the credit card had already been used on another account, I tried with my personnal credit card and it worked so now everything is fine.
