Can't use premium for students for a second time.

Hello, I finished my bachelor degree and started master degree. Wanted to have again student discount because I'm 23 years old and still have ISIC. But when I'm visiting page with proving my school it's telling me that I'm already used this page and didn't allow me to go farther.

Thanks for reaching out. Firstly, make sure to check your account page to see your current subscription and if you're already verified. Those steps and more info on that can be found here. If you aren't verified but you still get an error that says "You have already redeemed this offer", then the verification process wasn't completed properly. Check your inbox for a new confirmation email from SheerID. If you find it, follow the link in there to complete the verification. If you can't find any new email, even in your Junk/Spam folder, then reach out to SheerID and ask them to send it again. If necessary, they will help you complete the verification one more time.
