Cannot use any credit card to subscribe

Dear community,

Whenever I try to subscribe for the Student Premium Subscription I get this:

• Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.

I tried different cards (from different countries) and I still get it. What might be the problem?
