Change from premium to students

If I bought Spotify premium but I wanted Spotify premium, what can I do? It's the first time that I buy a subscription. Also, I uploaded my student profile.

If you set up a regular Premium subscription instead of the student discount, but finished verifying the discount, you won't be charged twice. In this case, the student discount will start automatically on your next payment date.

Right now, we can't offer a refund via the community, but you can definitely contact our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.

They'll take a look at your account and see what they can suggest to work out this mistake.
