Hey everyone.
I have an issue with changing my plan on Spotify. Despite confirming my student plan, I keep getting a message saying that I'm not eligible for this plan (as shown in the attached screenshot). I am from Poland, and my university "DSW" was listed in the plan. Everything works fine with the confirmation. Currently, I have a family plan with no other members except me.
I've tried everything suggested in the guides on the forum, like the one from Alex, but to no avail. Has anyone experienced a similar problem and knows how to fix it? I would appreciate any help!
