Changed University - Mail and Payment struggle

Changed University - Mail and Payment struggle

Hey there,

I changed Universites and since I need to verify my student account again now (I already had it at the Uni i went before), I need to verify a mail send to my student-mail. Since I changed schools, my mail changed as well. Somehow I can change my school but not the mail.

I tried to log out and do it again but somehow I was led directly to paying for the student discount this time. So I thought maybe it's just working like that now so I verifyed the payment and also got a mail from paypal right away that I authorised a payment and it's goong off my paypal in 2 days.

The problem is, I already payed for this month on the 10th of September...

 

So what I did so far to clarify basically is:

-Got the mail from Spotify to renew my verification for student discount

- clicked the link in the mail to do so

-logged in to the unidays account

-coud only change the school name but not the mail the verification link is being sent to

- logged out to possibly create new account for unidays

- unidays log in/registration page isn't showing anymore

- just showing to make the payment/verify with paypal

- did that and got mail from paypal that they gonna take the money in the nex two days

- already payed this month on the 10th of september though

 

 

I dont really know how to deal with this now - especially since I also couldn't change my uni-mail so I can't verify my student status?
