Changed to Student email on FB but info didn't merge to spotify so Im not getting my student discoun

Im super frustrated because 3 months ago I noticed my student discount went from 4.99 back to the original of $10 a month. I immediately messaged spotify and followed their rules - which involved me going to Facebook and changing my official FB email to my student email. Its now October and I am still "subscribed" to their $10 plan rather than the student one that I chose. 

How do I fix this? Because Facebook says my email is my student email but it is spotify that has not merged that infromation and still says my old email. You cant even change the email from within spotify.

Please help me by sending me spotifys email, phone umber, or a better way to solve this. I just paid the $10 for this month so I cant last minute unsubscribe.
