Changing from Premiem to Student in a different Country

Hi,

I moved from the US to the UK, and I'm currently a student, how do I get it to register that I am a student but not in the country I originally opened the account? Do i have to have a bank account here, or can I register with my original card?

Hey @AlicePuck89,

If you’re enrolled with an institution that’s eligible with Spotify's student discount, you can take advantage even if you’re abroad. 

However, your account’s country settings need to match the country of your university, and your payment method needs to have also been issued in this same country. For help with this, check out our guide to country settings.
