Charged £9.99 for student premium

I’ve been subscribed to premium as a student for quite a while and always been charged the correct £4.99 a month but for some reason I’ve been charged £9.99 for this month. There’s no reason this should have happened and I’m not happy that I’m losing out on £5 when I can’t afford to pay the full price? I don’t want this to happen again next month either.

The student discount expires after a year. When that happens, your subscription will automatically go back to the standard monthly rate.

If you think this may be what's happened and you’re still eligible for the student discount, all you need to do is sign up to it again here.

If this doesn't sound right, however, let me know and I'll see what else I can suggest 🙂
