My Question or Issue

I have had my Spotify student membership for a long time now. In March and May, I was charged the normal $4.99 like usual. However, Spotify decided to charge me $9.99 during the month of April. I haven't found a single link to a support service where I can contact Spotify and explain the issue to fix the discreprancy.

In that case, it's quite likely that you forgot to renew the student discount on time. 

 

We suggest you reach out to our Customer Support team here, who will take a look at your account and see if you're eligible for a refund.
