Charged for premium individual while I was verified for student plan

My Question or Issue

Hello, on the 1st of July I was supposed to renew my Spotify premium student account. I forgot, so I was rightfully charged 10.99 euros on the due payment date in August. Then I changed back to the Student offer making sure my eligibility was verified. I was henceforth expecting from that moment on to get charged 5,99 euros per month, but today I received the receipt and noticed that again I was charged 10.99 euros. I went checking online on my account and it's said that my eligibility for the student discount was valid until 02/08/2025. So I'd like a refund for this monthly payment and to be reassured that this isn't going to happen again.

After verifying yourself as a student, you'll also need to activate the discount, as can be seen here ("Choose Your Plan"):

To activate the discount now, you'll need to open www.spotify.com/student again and follow the steps until the end. 🙂

I was charge with premium individual while my students account is on plan

I currently have individual premium. I am a Student and I was able to get verified through SheerID and it shows up on my account however I am still getting charged the regular amount and not the student rate. Please help

I also attempted to activate the discount and it still won’t add it to my account and shows I will be paying $11.99 for next month as well.  If this is not fixed before January I will just cancel my membership.
