My Question or Issue

Hi there. I've been subscribed to Spotify Premium through your student offer for the past year with zero issues, but as I have gone to reverify my student status today I've found that my college (Outwood Post 16 Centre Worksop) has been removed from your list of valid locations. I have immediately resubmitted my college for verification, but given that my student status expires on the 20th of September and your verification form claims that all requests take a minimum of 30 days to be processed it seems highly likely that I will be charged for the full cost of Spotify Premium when my subscription auto-renews on the 21st.

1. Why have colleges been removed from the Premium for Students deal without subscribers being told?

2. Is there anything that can be done about my issue?
