Country of University not in list

Hi,

I am from Austria but study at an English university. Right now I am back in Austria and I tried to use the student discount to get Spotify Premium, but the UK are not in the SheerID verification drop down list. I tried to change my country  from Austria to UK in my profile, but I can't. I know the student discount works for my UK national friends though.

What should I do?

Hi @koflerlukas, welcome to the Spotify Community!

Since you're in Autria, I guess the verification list must get narrowed down to your country's universities.

In this case then I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify staff - simply drop them a line on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply.

Support usually gets back within a day or two.

I have the same issue, I attend a UK university but reside in NL and the UK university is not available in the NL university list ...what to do? I have no spotify account nor to I have twitter or FB ... is there any other way to contact customer service?
