Hey there,

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

In order for the payment to go through successfully, make sure that your cards:

  • are issued in the same country as the country of your Spotify account. You can check your country settings on your account page.
  • are open for foreign, recurring and online payments. You may need to double-check this with your bank.
  • have a 2-factor authentication set up

Since you've already made several attempts which failed, I'd recommend waiting 24hrs and trying again. You can use an incognito/private window or another browser/device. It's also worth testing with a different network/mobile data.

In case your payment still fails, it'd be best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support so they can take a closer look and investigate further.

My Question or Issue

My paymeent is still not pushing through after 2 weeks of waiting, troubleshooting and trying all my cards.

i have tried changing devices , different payment methods like credit and debit cards and mobile wallet , i have also tried changing plans but the payments still wont go through, it always returns with the payment failed use a different payment method

I've had spotify for a while now, and payment has never been a problem, but now it won't take any of my cards and there should be no reason for them not to.
