Didn't get the verification mail?

I've sent my student document 3 days ago.Today I got an email which says there is one step left for my premium..but when I click on the link it directs me to the normal payment method page and when I turn it in student premium it requires my studentship informations again even if I enter the correct informations again the page says that I've already did that. Please help!!!

Can you try to access the link using a Private/Incognito Window or a different browser? Also, I suggest you to manually copy and past the link in your browser
