Discount for High school students

Hello,

I'm in France and i'm a studend in a school.

I have a problem with the subscription of the student discount at 4,99€ per month.

When I want to subscribe and justify my student card, the application tells me that I've already subscribe to this discount.

But it's false. Indeed, one time I tried to justify my card and I never have any returned so I couldn't profit of this discount and I never used it.

And now, I still can't use it.

How can I do ? Thanks for your help
