Discounts for Students ends in 4 years?!

 

 

I have been a student and am working on college still. although i signed up for spotify student 4 years ago (as of today) i am no longer eligible for student premium even though i am a student?? I continously renew and verify my information and recently was unable to renew.. this is very bothersome and i cannot stress how annoying this has been. i am still a student and want to continue to use spotify but if i cant get my price of $5 i will be switching to youtube or google music. is there any way i can get my account updated? i also demand a refund of the full $10.

Unfortunately, you have exceeded the 4-year limit. The discount lasts 12 months at a time, with the option to renew a maximum of 3 times as long as you're eligible.
