I have a student discount and usually pay around $5. I just saw that Spotify deducted $10 from my bank account. Why?

To keep your student discount rolling, you have to validate it every 12 months here. You'll need to enter your payment details again, but you won't be charged twice.

The student discount is applied automatically on your next Spotify payment date.

the same thing happened to me but when i try to change it, it just keeps telling me that there is something wrong but all of my information is correct. have had premium for over a year and would not like to lose it. please help me, alfredo
