Discounts for Students

How am I able to access the student discount for spotify premium? everytime I try to sign up it says i'm not a registered college student. I have spotify premium, but I would like to be able to use my student discount. Do I have to cancel my premium plan and then sign up forthe student discount?

Hope you’re doing great!

Keep in mind your only eligible for this plan if you’re currently enrolled at an accredited college or university, and if you’re 18 years of age or older. 

If you’ve met those requirements, but it’s not working, could try this using another browser, or incognito mode? If that doesn’t help, try using another device. 

If you’re still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
