I want student Premium but it's not working

My Question or Issue

 I would like to get Spotify Premium and I am a student so I went to sign up for the Student deal and my college showed up in the list but once I clicked on Verify, the website said they couldn't verify me. What should I do? I even went to SheerID to make sure my college (Lone Star College) was in their system and it is. I have no idea how to fix this because I would really like Spotify Premium but it's just not working.

Could you try this using another browser, or incognito mode? If that doesn’t help, try using a different network connection or use another device.
