Double payment

• I just have used student discount. But spotify got double payment from my credit card. Why did it do this and also what should i do?

Let's make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts following these suggestions. You might have a subscription on two different accounts, so you'll need to cancel one or them.

If you only have one Spotify account, one of the two transactions should show as pending on your bank statement. This means that the money was put on hold, but will go back to your bank account soon.
