Errors with Student discount registration

Errors with Student discount registration

Several months ago, I applied for the Student Discount offer while currently being on a regular Spotify premium plan for $11.99. At the time, I was unaware that I needed to cancel my current subscription, so I "used-up" my 12-month discount offer without ever paying a single month for the $5.99 deal, yet it says that my offer has been redeemed. This can be proven via bank statements (if required) that over the past months, I've only paid for the regular Premium plan.

 

Is there any way this process can be fixed? As mentioned, I currently only have access to Spotify's regular premium plan because I accidentally redeemed the student discount while still on my previous subscription. Thanks in advance.

You can check this "Refunds" page, scroll down and click on "Overcharged for the student discount?" and follow the steps provided.
