Failed to upload photo for proof (student discount) but still charged

Failed to upload photo for proof (student discount) but still charged

I was charged 65 Pesos(Philippines) twice for subscribing premium for students but due to poor internet connectivity I failed to upload the photos needed as a proof that I am a student. I tried for the second time after I got disconnected that's why I was charged twice. Will I get a refund?
