Forgot to add a prove of being student and got charged with no premium

I was on my way to a party at my campus and decided to buy the student discount premium. I filled the payment information and was about to take a picture of my student ID and provide the necessary information, then my camera wouldn't work because some software fail idk, but I arrived and didn't think much of it until the the next day. I understand I haven't got the premium of obivous reasons but I can see on my banking app I have been charged and I have no idea what to do because im pretty much new to spotify. When I go to the "get premium" the payment fillings are the first thing I see and I am afraid they will charge me twice if I fill it out again and this time with the photo of my student ID. Any ideas?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

When you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

When you didn't finish your Student enrollment, the money will come back to your account after a few days 🙂
