Full price for premium although verified student and same email address

I recently changed the university, and as my premium on my last ended, I switched the university on Unidays. They verified already. I am using the same email address on Unidays and Spotify. Still Spotify withdraws the full €9,99 from my Paypal account, for the second month in a row now.

 

I contacted Unidays and they just reply with standard issued emails, which is super annoying.

 

In my account online there is also no option for student. I am also not using (**bleep**) twitter, which seems to be the only way to contact Spotify directly. Not argueing about that, but come on...

 

Can someone help me with this? The only option left is to tell Paypal to return the payments and force a reaction of either Spotify or Unidays.
