My Question or Issue

 

Please help me before i go insane. 

I ordered my free google home mini as i was told the charge would be refunded to my account and it was for “verification” purposes. wrong. i have now cancelled my order through google but as i expected, i’m now unable to get one because spotify thinks i already ordered one. (as seen on the bottom of the screenshot) can anybody help me?? i’ve been digging on these forums for a while and i can’t find anything.
