Geen bevestiging aanmelding hogeschool

Hallo, 

4 maanden geleden heb ik mijn hogeschool aangemeld om zo in aanmerking te komen voor de studentenkorting. Mijn school stond niet in de lijst. Maar ik heb nog steeds niks gehoord. Kan iemand helpen?
