My Question or Issue
Hi There,
SheerID recently verified my account as eligible for Premium for Students (verified until 12/2021).
However, when I try to upgrade from Free to Premium Students, it says "It seems like you have already used a free trial at some point. Therefore, you cannot use the selected offer. Subscribe to Premium Students, you can get it nonetheless" (rough translation from german).
Does that mean that I am eligible for Premium Students but not for the trial month?
If so, do you guys have any idea how to subscibe to Premium Student without the trial period?

If you still have trouble with this, we'd recommend starting off by giving it a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.

Unfortunately, neither option works. I already tried Incognito-Mode and several different browsers.
The Link you provided leads me to the standard premium offer without the trial period. When I try to change the offer to Premium Student, I end up where I started (where it says that i already used my trial).
Do you have a link that leads me to directly to Premium Student without the trial period?

Hey I have the same issue and cannot seem to find some result. I tried Incognito tabs and don't have another way to pay. I was hoping to get someone's help to quickly clear this issue, since I finally gave in to buying premium for the first time.

Thanks for getting in touch about this.
In case that your account was on Premium as member of a Family/Duo plan before, or if the same payment method has been used to pay for Premium in the past (maybe on an old account) you won't be eligible to obtain any trial offer, since they're intended for users who've never tested Premium.
If this is not your case, we suggest that you try again using a different internet connection and a different device. Make sure that the card you want to use meets all the requirements you'll find here. It's a good idea to check them out directly with your bank/card provider.
