Got charged for no reason

Hi, I wanted to buy Spotify premium for students, but I saw that my school wasn't on the list. Then I got charged for entering my credit card informations without even signing up for the subscription! In fact, I got charged 2 times 4,99$.... Can you please give my money back? When I go on my account I don't even have premium!

Hello @martinadb_ and welcome to the community! 

A temporary charge goes through even if the student verification was successful or not. But it is only temporary charge on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.
