I have paid for student plan premium, but I can use only free plan!

I have paid for student plan premium, but I can use only free plan!

Yesterday I paid for a student plan premium plan, but I can't acces to this premium plan yet!

When you signed up for the plan did you get confirmation from your bank along with a reciept via email from Spotify confirming the amount you paid?

Yes, even twice, because in the first time I didn't have the college documents! So I had that do a new register, and the both cases the bank reported the transaction!

Hey @daniel8all,

 

Sometimes a 'pending' charge will appear on a bank account and then be released back to the account holder within 48 hours.

 

However if you have also recieved an email reciept from Spotify stating the amount paid then you would need to contact spotify support @SpotifyCares on Twitter or Facebook.  If you do not have Facebook or Twitter please use  this contact form.
