Got charged for student subscription that failed.

Got charged for student subscription that failed.

I was trying to purchase a spotify premium account by the student subscription but it failed to go through but i was still charged. And i even tried to see if maybe i had to cancel the premium membership but it just keeps saying im a free member. Im really upset because i have tried everything and spotify doesnt have any contact support.

If there's any charges on your statement showing as ‘pending’ or 'processing', this means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken. Once your student I.D is verified, the charge will go trough. If we're unable to verify, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank.
