Had set up student discount yet got charged full price.

I just verified myself as being a student and it said the discount would be valid, I started a subscription and got charged the full 9.99 for it. Could it be possible for someone to change it to student and also refund me the difference? Cheers.

First, we'd recommend making sure to head here to apply the discounted rate to your account, if you haven't done so already. Keep in mind that if you were already on Premium when doing so, the discounted rate should kick in on your next billing date.
