I am trying to set my Hulu account, I previously had it connected to my student account with spotify but I missed the email that I needed to renew my spotify subscrpition, so when it ended, my Hulu subscription ended. I renewed my spotify subscription but when I try to set up Hulu it gives me an error message "We’re having trouble authorizing your account with Spotify. Please contact Spotify support to help resolve this issue."

I'd recommend reaching out to Support via one of the below ways so they can take a closer look at your account:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
