Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!
You should be able to activate Hulu and Showtime from your Account Page > Your Services.
It should look something like this. After that, follow the steps to connect your Spotify subscription to your accounts on the other services.
If you still can't find the option, make sure your logged in the right account or try using another device.
