Hulu included in Spotify for students

Hi! I have a student premiuim account through spotify. I see a notification saying Hulu is included in a student premiuim membership, but when I click on more details it says I am not eligable. Why is that?

I have the same exact problem. I don't know why it's happening, i have student premium. I hope it gets fixed. It's unacceptable in this day and age from companies

I spoke with customer support. They aren't sure what is going on as of right now. I was able to send them a screenshot of my account page that says Hulu is included and they passed it on to their "specialities team". So who knows!

They "fixed" mine by removing the offer.  Not the way I wanted it fixed!

@sozendiesel85 I don't see how having an error/mistake on your website is unacceptable for companies nowadays. As long as they fix it when they find out/are told about it, and have good customer service regarding people who were wrongly effected by it, then that's all they have to, and should, do.

I have a similar issue.  Wheni clik on "go to hulu" it tries to get me to create a hulu account.

I'm currently at the end of trying to sign up for this. It redirected me to Hulu, and I logged in at Hulu. Now it's asking me to sign up for a trail. I thought I just signed up for a subscription service to access that? I'm reading a lot of replies about bouncing the problem from one party to the other back and forth with no issues getting resolved. Has anyone gotten access properly to both subscriptions?

I just had this fixed by hulu, they removed my current hulu subscription and I was able to merge the accounts after by using the link through my email. I hope this works for you!
