Hulu not connecting

Hi. I am having trouble activating my Hulu account. When I try to register it tells me “your email is already registered” when I try to log in with my “already registered” email it tells me “account information wrong” then I tried to send an email to myself to reset a password even though I do not have a Hulu account and no email was sent.

I called Hulu and they could not find my email in their system. They do not understand and advised I contact Spotify and believe it is something wrong on your end..

Thank you for reaching out to the Spotify Community. I would suggest you look at Spotify's About Page and Contact information, for they will help you with your issues.

It redirects to the About Page > Option 3 - Offers the Contact Form and Option 4 - Points folks to @SpotifyCares on Twitter who are happy to help too! 🙂

Meanwhile, I will also suggest you contact Hulu again even though you have emailed them, just to double-check if they have your email registered with Spotify.
