I am NOT a student anymore but it is requiring/asking for my student info?

Hi there!

I originally had a student account and only pad $4.99 per month. I graduated June 2016 and have been paying $9.99 per month since then. Just today, my CC# on file expired, so I went to update it and it is MAKING me feel out my student college info. Well since I'm not a student anymore, I should not be having to do this. So now it won't let me get past updating my payment info because it's stuck on the fact that I started as a student account. 

I have tried to go to my Account Info and switch from a Student Account to a Premium Account, but when I go to that page, it acknowledges that I am indeed a Premium Account Member. So there is some sort of miscommunication between my Account Info Page and my Updating Payment Info Page. My Account Info sees that I am Premium but my Payment Info is stuck thinking I am still a student and won't let me update my CC# unless I enter what college I go to.

Help? What do I do?!

Does this link help you out? Alternatively you should try a log off/log in and try the procedure I linked before. If that still doesn't work, try changing your credit card information in a private/incognito tab.
If that doesn't work, change browser and clear both browsers cache.
Lastly if that doesn't work either, try changing the credit card information on another device, that should do the trick!
