I can no longer register for student premium plan despite having sheerid

after a failed payment I can no longer register for student premium plan despite having sheerID, what should I do? I don't want to change plan, and I am currently not using any plan. I have tried this link https://www.spotify.com/us/purchase/offer/student/ and it doesn't work

Can you let us know what the exact error you see is? Consider double checking the status on your account as well as the status of your last payments, perhaps the plan is already active. Additionally, the link you posted is for the US specifically and if the country on your account isn't US, then that is likely to cause problems. Try using this link instead, it should automatically redirect you to the appropriate page. If necessary, try doing this in an incognito window.
