I can not turn premium

I can not turn premium

Good afternoon. Today 26/02/18 I made the registration for me to make Premium by option student, I paid through the credit card, the amount was debited. Send all tuition documentation from my university. But my account did not turn Premium.

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community 🙂

First of all, don't worry about the money, since the transaction is still on pending. This means that Spotify froze the money from your account, to see if you actually can pay the premium subscription. If Spotify notices that your application hasn't gone through, they are going to unfreeze the money and you will be able to use it again. In the other case, they'll charge you and you'll have Premium. 

 

Coming back to your application issue, first of all check if you have received an email from SheerID, or from Spotify. Also be sure to check your spam folders. If you receive an email from Spotify it should state that you now have Spotify Premium, in the other case, you received an email from SheerID saying that you need to correct "error" in your application. In that case correct it, and wait another day or two and you should have Spotify For Student. Beware that SheerID may need up to 28 days for them to verify your account, so patience is key!
