I can't register and I don't have a discount

Hello. I have been trying for a few months to renew my subscription with the student discount, but I just cannot do the whole procedure, with a notification that I already take advantage of the offer, which is currently not true. need help.

If you have tried to get the student discount, you should have gotten an email from SheerID. Once you have gotten that email, it should allow you to use your Student Spotify Premium. If you didn't receive that email, i would recommend you contacting SheerID so then they can check on your Student Status.
