I can't subscribe to a student premium becaus my address is not sccepted

Country : Germany 

Evry time I want to subscribe to the student premium , I always get the American address system , and I don' understand because  in the settings its clearly stated that I am in germany do evry time I fill the address forum it says error

olá, estou com mesmo problema, na hora de realizar o pagamento meu endereço aparece nos EUA e no profile esta Brasil. Ai não consigo colocar o meu estado. só aparecem estados americanos. O que faço? Também nao aceita o cep brasileiro de 8 dígitos.

Open the abovementioned link by @Maxim and make sure that your country settings are set to Brazil as well.
