I cannot go beyond this billing step in primium student plan

I cannot go beyond this billing step in primium student plan

It shows to select between subscribe and one time payment but after selecting nothing happens. Plz help.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. 

 

Just to confirm, have you followed all these steps to get the student discount? 

 

If so, could you let us know if you're getting any error messages when you're trying to subscribe? If yes, send us a screenshot of it so we can take a closer look. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.


Also, we suggest that you try from a different device and an incognito window to see if that helps. 

 

If the issue persists, it's worth giving a different internet connection a go. If you've been using WiFi, you can try using a hotspot on your phone or vice versa.
