I don't receive verification email for premium student

I don't receive verification email for premium student

I wanted to change my plan from premium to premium student and I successfully filled in all the information in the SheerID form. However, I never receive any verification email for my information or the premium student plan even though they told me that it only took a few days to get the verification email, it has been weeks already. Meanwhile, I changed the premium plan to the premium student plan for my school friend and she got the verification email and also the plan is changed on her profile the next day.

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

 

If you haven’t yet received a confirmation email with an activation link for the Premium Student discount, I recommend reaching out to the folks at SheerID here (as is suggested in this support article).
