I don't receive verification email for premium student

I wanted to change my plan from premium to premium student and I successfully filled in all the information in the SheerID form. However, I never receive any verification email for my information or the premium student plan even though they told me that it only took a few days to get the verification email, it has been weeks already. Meanwhile, I changed the premium plan to the premium student plan for my school friend and she got the verification email and also the plan is changed on her profile the next day.

If you haven’t yet received a confirmation email with an activation link for the Premium Student discount, I recommend reaching out to the folks at SheerID here (as is suggested in this support article).

Miren me dicen que no apruebo para descuento me enviaron por correo los de ched.yo estoy legalmente en la universidad umsa en comunicación y sigo registrado ahí .solo por cuestion de trabajo lo deje un tiempo.y soy una persona con discapacidad.
