I have been verified as a student but I can't pay for the premium student p

I have been verified as a student but I can't pay for the premium student p

I was verified as a student but each time I'm asked to select my plan, I keep clicking on the monthly subscription option and it doesn't direct me to payments. It basically does not work

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you're not being redirected to the payments page, can you send us screenshots or a short video of what happens instead?

 

In case you're getting an error message, let us know which one and check out this FAQ with the most common ones. Also, note that the country in your Spotify account, the country in which your university is located and the one in which your payment method was issued must match in order for you to be able to start the subscription.

If the page is not responsive, I recommend trying the following:

  • Try using a different device (preferably PC)
  • Try using a private/incognito window.
  • Try using a different network connection if available (mobile data, for example).
  • It might just be a temporary connection issue, so wait a few hours and try again.

Hope these steps do the trick, but let us know if you're still experiencing this afterwards.
