I paid money but I can't use student discount

I'm from Turkey and I'm high school student. I thought I can use student discount. I paid money from my ininal card. It said ''we don't take money yet. You should verify your student informations.'' but if you look my card transactions you can see money received. Can you help me? I hope I could explan. I'm sorry for my bad English.

In this case, the charge should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not yet verified your student status.
