Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting this thread!

 

Could you give us a bit more details so we can get a better understanding of the situation?

 

If you've got an active Student discount and Premium Student subscription and you mean that you were recently charged, but Spotify is trying to make another payment within less than a month, this could be because of earlier failed payments and can cause issues and confusion.

 

With this said, I recommend that you check your receipts via the Account Page where you can see your charges and on the Account Page as well, you should also be able to check your billing date.

 

When it comes to the failed payments, in order to make sure that everything's in order with your payment method you can take a look at this help article

 

Lastly, if needed you can even update your payment details with these steps.
