Thanks for posting in the Community.

If you have had a running subscription before the yearly payment, the old subscription will have to first run out for you to see the new yearly subscription on your account page. Is this the case on your end? Check when the next payment for the old subscription is due and one day after that check your account page again. The new subscription should be visible then.
