I've been charged and SheerID can not verify my status

I've been charged and SheerID can not verify my status

Hi, I recently subscribed for the student discount and I've been charged to my card, although SheerID can not verify my status as a student. Please help, I want my mone back.

Hey @jossg25, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

In this case, the charge should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not yet verified your student status. Thank you for answer but the charge is not shown as "pending". On the left side shows the expenses and I´ve been chargued with the amount of 49.00 MXN by Spotify

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
