Discount for High school students

I didn't know if the student discount was for high school and college so i tried to confirm that im a student. I put in my payment stuff and te student confirmation and clicked get premium and then it said that this school is not on the list. It also said that it didn't charge me for that, but it did twice, spotify took 2x3,49€ and i didnt get the premium either. HELP PLEASE!!

Did you get an email receipt from Spotify for your subscription purchase?

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later. 🙂
